We believe in hands-on customer service. Got Matcha is a small, family-owned business, and our customer service, we believe, is one of our greatest assets.
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Standard time. Although we are closed on the weekends, we do check email periodically so we will not leave you hanging. If you have a problem or a question, we will do everything we can to get back to you promptly.
