Why Organic? With our ever changing environment, the issue of food quality has become of paramount importance. Preparing & Storing Your Matcha Matcha tea is extremely sensitive to light and heat. The delicate, young tea leaves are dried & ground as soon as they are picked in Japan. Once ground, this fresh Matcha tea powder is sealed & stored. Once you open your Matcha and expose it to light/air/heat, the Matcha tea powder will begin to oxidize, so we suggest keeping your Matcha in the refrigerator. |
